KvikDrop lets you transfer files directly between any devices using peer-to-peer encryption. No cloud storage, no file size worries, no accounts required to receive.
Three simple steps to transfer files between any devices — no software installation needed on the receiving end.
Pick files or photos from your device. The sender selects what to share.
Scan the QR code or enter a 6-digit code on the receiving device to pair.
Files transfer directly device-to-device with end-to-end encryption. Nothing passes through our servers.
Available on iOS and web. Send from any device, receive on any device.
Every file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before transfer. Only sender and receiver can decrypt.
Files go directly between devices via WebRTC. No cloud upload, no middleman.
Works on iOS, Android (coming soon), and any modern web browser.
Save frequently used devices for instant one-tap file sharing.
Send photos, documents, videos, archives — any file type, up to 500 MB with Premium.
Send up to 3 files per day (20 MB each) for free. No account needed to receive.
KvikDrop requests minimal user data. Here is exactly what we collect and why:
Used only for account verification via SMS one-time code (Firebase Authentication). We never share, sell, or use your phone number for marketing. It is stored securely in Firebase and used solely to identify your account.
We store a daily transfer count and session signaling data (session codes, public keys) in Firebase Firestore to facilitate device pairing. File contents are never stored on our servers — they transfer directly between devices with end-to-end encryption.
What we do NOT collect: file contents, file names, contacts, location, browsing history, or any other personal data. All encryption keys are generated on-device and never leave your device.
